The short version: we do not track you, we do not run advertising cookies, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
If you send us a note through the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message. That is the only information this site asks you for.
If you book an appointment, that booking happens inside a scheduling tool from Squarespace Scheduling, also known as Acuity. Whatever you enter there goes to them and to us so we can plan your visit. Their handling of your information is covered by their own privacy policy.
Like nearly every website, our host keeps standard server logs that can include your IP address and browser type. Those logs help keep the site running and secure.
What we do not do
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third party trackers. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who sees your information
Your message goes to Nicole Pink. To deliver it we use an email service, and to keep the site online we use a hosting provider. Both handle the information only to provide those services. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as we need it to answer you and to look after you as a client. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to nicole@nicolepink.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for adults shopping for clothing. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
